30-day free returns
Not what you expected? Return your GameGlide within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method — and we cover the return shipping. Refunds post within 5–10 business days of the return arriving back at our warehouse.
How to start a return
Email us via Contact us with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and simple repacking instructions the same business day.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If anything arrives damaged or doesn't work as described, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement — or refund you in full. Your pick.
The fine print
Returns should include all hardware and, where possible, the original packaging. Items damaged by misuse or modification can't be refunded. The 30-day window starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier.
